Dreams as Medicine and Magic

Dreams as Medicine and Magic

From the Tibetan dream snake to shamanic dreamscape ancient peoples not only acknowledged the value of dreams but actively worked with them.

Given we spend approximately one third of our lives sleeping and a goodly part of that dreaming what are we missing by not working with our dreams?

With us this hour to explore the mysterious world of dreams is Sarah Janes. Sarah is the author of “Initiation into Dream Mysteries: Drinking from the Pool of Mnemosyne,” researcher, public speaker, and workshop facilitator. She runs the Explorers Egyptology lecture series, and curates Dream Palace - a reawakening of the Temple Sleep tradition of antiquity by blending dream incubation, philosophy art, science and symposia at sacred sites and cities around the world.
