Who are You Really?

Who are You Really?

Previously, our identities were largely defined by factors such as gender, nationality, religion, marital status, finances and age. However, times are changing. With populations becoming more diverse, our old identities, like ill-fitting shoes, may be hindering our progress.

With us this hour to reevaluate identity is Jaï Bristow. Jai is a multi-ethnic queer disabled Diversity Equity Inclusion Identity & Belonging coach and consultant who has been facilitating groups around social identity since 2016. Jaï offers workshops on Power, Privilege and Prejudice, to become aware of and find freedom from oppressive structures in society and in oneself. Bris-tow’s work is inspired by life experiences, mindfulness & inquiry practices, and NVC & trauma-healing tools.
