Douglas has a M.A.R.S. from the University of Chicago, and a Master of Divinity from Chicago Theological Seminary. Douglas is a best-selling author of 9 books on depth psychology and spirituality. He recently retired as a teacher in the Emeritus program at Oakton College, where he taught for 20 yrs. He is still teaching/facilitating via Zoom an on-going series of book discussion groups. Douglas is also a retired pastor and pastoral counselor who continues to serve as a life-guide.
