discussing the seemingly magical power of music to uplift the human spirit and
heal the soul. Equally important to the evolutionary process is cultivating the
expression of the human spirit within the structures of society.
Can music not only feed the soul, but positively
affect the evolution of business and familial structure? Can the bonding power of music help us step
out of polarization and enter the unified field?

the importance of spirituality in organizations is Bill Protzman Bill, the
author of "More Than Human - The
Value of Cultivating the Human Spirit in Your Organization," is dedicated to raising awareness of the power of music as
self-care.
He
holds Magna Cum Laude degrees in piano performance and creative writing, and
has concertized and performed for many years with a focus on bringing music to
audiences in nontraditional ways. His work was recognized
by the National Council for behavioral health, with an award of excellence in
2014. His volunteer work has included board positions with “Guitars for Vets”
and San Diego Veteran’s Coalition. He has been instrumental in connecting
thousands of military service members and veterans with honorary tickets to the
San Diego Symphony.
