Vital Force and the Evolving Human Body

Vital Force and the Evolving Human Body
~ Gwilda Wiyaka ~
It has been prophesized by many cultures that, during this time in human history, we would enter an era supporting evolution of consciousness. Some sources indicate, all we need do is be present during the Aquarian age and will evolve.
However, there is a problem with that concept. Evolution of consciousness involves evolution of frequency. For an individual to evolve they must be able to accommodate the increase of frequency on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual or energetic. The natural world is extremely adaptable and adjusts to the cyclic fluctuations in frequency. Humans, on the other hand have separated themselves from nature to their extreme detriment. We expose ourselves to artificial lighting, chemicals, pesticides, EMFs, processed food, GMOs and the list goes on. All these things are outside of the natural order and create restrictions to frequency. They also compromise our vital energy, shortening our life span and making us increasingly ill.
Are there ways our vital energy is being compromised we don’t even know about? How can we expect to evolve if we are too impacted to accommodate the progression of frequency? What can we do to counteract the many compromises we are exposed to?
Our guest this hour may have some answers to these vital questions. With us is  Dr. Stephen Sinatra, author of many books including “Health Revelations for Heaven” Dr. Sinatra is a board-certified cardiologist and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
