Evolution Requires
Sustainability
~ Gwilda Wiyaka ~
It hardly makes sense to evolve spiritually if our
planet becomes unable to sustain us. While our current lifestyles of unchecked
consumerism threatens to drown us and the earth in our own garbage, it’s
unrealistic to expect the entire global society to revert to sticks and stones
or an indigenous lifestyle. Sheer numbers alone make that impossible. We need a
third option – one supporting responsibility and sustainability – one that is
spiritually uplifting and esthetic, as well as leaving a small footprint. And
we need to find it fast! Time is of the essence.
Our guest this episode has some interesting thoughts on
the subject. Marci Zaroff is the author of “ECO-RENAISSANCE, a Lifestyle Guide
for Co-creating a Stylish, Sexy, and Sustainable World.” Marci is a pioneer,
visionary, authority and serial entrepreneur, who has built cutting-edge brands
and companies – such as “MetaWear,” “Farm to Home,” “Good Catch Foods,” “Beyond
Brands,” “Under the Canopy,” and “the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.” For
nearly three decades, she has used her platform to speak, teach, innovate and
publicize her passion for living, breathing, and thriving in an
ECO-life-with-STYLE.
